myiq Stores Card Info and Charges Without Permission

On March 8, 2026, I made a one-time test payment of $0.52 + $0.52 on the website myiq.com using my Akbank card ending in 4589, with my full knowledge and consent. However, I did not start or approve any subscription.

Despite this, on March 22, 2026, an additional charge of approximately $31 was made from my card under the name “myiq.” This transaction is absolutely not mine and was made without my authorization. I believe my card information was stored and used without my consent, which has caused me financial harm.

I contacted Akbank and reported the issue, but so far I have not received a clear resolution or response. I request that the unauthorized charge of $31 be refunded to me immediately and in full, and that my grievance be resolved. I am prepared to take all necessary actions and file formal disputes if required.
