Canceled AliExpress Order but My $41 Refund Has Not Arrived

Hello, I ordered a product from AliExpress on November 28. Since the item was going to arrive late, I canceled the order. AliExpress informed me that my refund had been issued, but the $41 has still not appeared in my Ziraat Bank account. When I call Ziraat Bank, they say that no such refund is showing on their system.

I request clarification on where my refund is and that the $41 be returned to my account as soon as possible. Thank you.
