ShortMax App Has No Cancel Button for Subscription

I want to cancel my weekly subscription package that I purchased through the ShortMax app on Android, but there is no cancellation button available within the app. Despite trying multiple times over the past three days, I have not been able to cancel my membership.

The weekly subscription fee has already been charged to me, and since I cannot cancel it, I am concerned that additional charges will continue in the coming days. The lack of any option within the app to cancel my subscription on my own is causing inconvenience.

My member ID is 195038066. I request that my ShortMax weekly subscription be canceled immediately and that any unnecessary charges already taken be refunded.
