AliExpress Return Request Not Working — Missing Return Code and Invoice


The product I purchased through the AliExpress app arrived defective. I spent hours trying to submit a return request through the returns menu but couldn’t complete it. After several days of messages and procedural back-and-forth, the seller informed me that I could return the item and that I would receive a full refund.
However, they never sent me the invoice for the product, nor did they provide the return shipping company or the return code. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame to the supplier, leaving me without proper guidance.
I will never shop on AliExpress again. I’ve never faced such problems on TEMU, and I’m extremely disappointed with AliExpress—there’s nothing more to say.
