Scammed by Fake AliExpress Representatives — How to Recover Your Money
On October 22, I was contacted by individuals posing as AliExpress administrators regarding order number 1980916545465405440. I made a total payment of $1,071 via EFT bank transfer to two different accounts under the name K** A******. Each time, I was told to create a new order and make another payment. Later, they claimed I had purchased the wrong product and that my money was frozen, demanding that I send additional payments to “resolve” the issue.
In the end, they took my entire payment of $1,071, and my order was never shipped. When I contacted AliExpress customer service, I spoke with a representative named H*** Y******, but no solution was provided.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such a serious issue, and I have lost all my money in this process. I request a full refund of the entire $1,071 I paid.
