AliExpress Refund Denied After Returning Wrong Item With Tracking
I received an item from a seller that did not match the description. I contacted AliExpress, and they advised me to return it. I sent the item back through the Greek Post using a registered tracking number, which shows that it was delivered on September 9, 2025. I submitted all the necessary documentation to AliExpress, yet they decided that I am not entitled to any refund and closed the case without providing any explanation. I have received absolutely no refund or clarification. Well done, AliExpress—what outstanding customer service!
