Hint App Takes Money Without Permission, Refund Demanded
The app called Hint App charged my account twice without my permission or approval. Two separate transactions were made: $0.50 on March 9 and $30 on March 16. I did not make these payments and did not give any authorization.
The charges were made to my TEB credit card. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank and was told that my card information might have been compromised, so I canceled my card. However, I have not yet received any positive response regarding the refund of the charged amounts.
Since I did not authorize these transactions in any way, I request that all amounts charged to my card by Hint App be fully refunded to me.
