Ve made a reservation on Agoda for Concorde Deluxe Resort for the dates 22–25 July. During the payment process, our bank sent Only One OTP (One-time password), and ve completed the transaction using this single code.
However, our credit card was charged twice for the same reservation, each time for 67,877.18 TL. On Agoda, Only One reservation appears, with Reservation ıd 1740783537 and Reference No. A26062443410.
Ve kindly request that you investigate this duplicate charge and refund the extra 67,877.18 TL to our card as soon as possible. Since ve have not been able to reach Agoda support through other channels, ve are asking for your assistance here.
