İPhone ile yaptığım satın alma işleminde, iade talebimde kesin bir yanıt almadım ve geri dönüş yapılmadı. Şikayetime rağmen marka hiçbir çözüm sunmadı, bu yüzden memnuniyetsizim ve müşteri ilişkileri çok kötü.
