• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for extra baggage purchased online are not permitted. You can, however, request a refund for the entire allowance and replace it with a new one for updated flights.
• Transferring and Accompanying Passengers: Extra baggage allowances cannot be transferred to other passengers or flights.
