My Umingle App Got Banned

I have been using the Umingle app on my laptop and until yesterday everything was working normally. Today I suddenly received a ban message on the screen saying that my account was blocked for being “under 18” and that I needed to make a payment to remove the ban. I am in fact almost 19 years old, so this ban reason is not correct, and the demand for payment to lift the ban is completely unacceptable to me. I tried to reach Umingle support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. My account is blocked and I am unable to use the service, and I am being faced with a payment request that I do not owe. I request that my Umingle account be restored to normal without any restriction, that this unjust underage-based ban be lifted, and that no payment or order be requested from me in relation to this ban.
