Unfair and Incomplete Refund Process Following Turkish Airlines Ticket Cancellation
On September 5, I purchased a flight ticket for my father from Turkish Airlines via the Obilet platform for the route between Istanbul Airport and Ordu Airport, paying a total of ₺2326. However, I later had to cancel the ticket through Obilet, and after the cancellation, only ₺151 was refunded to me, without any explanation of the deductions or the basis for this extremely low refund. I was not provided with clear or transparent information regarding the cancellation and refund conditions, and no additional services, insurance, or campaign options were selected during the purchase. I request a clear explanation of why such a low amount was refunded, a detailed written statement of the cancellation/refund conditions, and the immediate reimbursement of the missing balance to my account.
