Turkish Airlines Didn't Finalize the Feedback Even Before 24 Hours to Flight

I requested feedback for the Ministry of National Education scholarship discount from Turkish Airlines, but the staff told me I couldn't get my code. Due to the incorrect feedback from the staff, I proceeded with the ticketing process. The company reviewed the situation, accepted it, and immediately sent a new code. However, neither my baggage allowance nor my discount was applied.
I am tired of waiting for responses to my feedback for weeks! My flight is tomorrow, and I have less than 24 hours left; my baggage allowance still hasn't been applied.
If necessary, I will fly with a layover, but it is better than receiving this treatment. It seems they are delaying the feedback response until after the flight.
I hope easyJet starts flights to Turkey soon to end this monopolized situation. If anyone reading this can authorize and apply my baggage allowance within 2 hours, my case number is: 10409842.
