I am a student and I accidentally subscribed to your service or app without intending to do so. I did not knowingly agree to any paid subscription and I only realized the charge after seeing the transaction in my GCash history. I tried to reach you by email, but it appears that the address is not active or no one is responding, so I have not been able to resolve this directly with you. Because this subscription was accidental and I have not used or do not wish to use your service, I kindly request a full refund of the 699.00 PHP to my GCash account and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription or recurring charges linked to my number or account. As a student, this amount is very important to me because I need it for my tuition and school expenses. I would appreciate it if you could process my refund and confirm the cancellation of my subscription as soon as possible.
