If you can't get in touch with Trivago help, the first thing you should do is check to see if you booked through trivago.com or one of their partner sites.
Trivago is only a platform for comparing prices, so if you have a problem with a partner booking, you'll need to get in touch with the booking provider mentioned on your confirmation.
If it was a Trivago deals booking, use the complaint form in Trivago's Help Center to take it to the next level and make it clear that the problem has not been fixed.
Send your booking ID, screenshots of the times you tried to contact help, and information about the issue.
