Trivago Directed Me to Stayforlong – No Hotel Booking, No Refund

I trusted Trivago for my hotel reservation, but it redirected me to a site called Stayforlong, where I paid ₺2969 for a hotel booking. However, my reservation was never confirmed, and despite receiving an email claiming that my payment was refunded, my money has not been returned to my card.

Both Trivago and Stayforlong have been completely unresponsive—no support via email, no assistance at all. This is a scam-like experience, and I feel completely deceived.

I demand my refund immediately and urge others not to book through Trivago. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter legally.
