Between October 13–17, 2024, I made a prepaid Expedia Collect reservation for Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı Hotel through Trivago/Agora. However, I later canceled the reservation, and the hotel confirmed that a full refund had been issued.
Despite this assurance, I regret to inform you that more than a month has passed, and the refund has still not been credited to my credit card account.
