I booked a stay at Hotella Resort SPA through Trivago, with reservation number 699630283, and made a payment of ₺17,500. However, when I contacted the hotel directly, I was shocked to learn that my reservation had not been forwarded to them at all.
This issue has now been ongoing for two days, leaving me without a confirmed booking despite the large payment I made. I feel completely let down by Trivago, as I trusted the platform to process my reservation properly and ensure smooth communication with the hotel.
I urgently request that my reservation be completed immediately and properly transferred to the hotel without further delay. Additionally, I expect Trivago to take responsibility for the inconvenience I have suffered and to ensure that customers are not left in such situations where they pay but the booking is not delivered.
