Trivago Redirected Me to Stayforlong for Adakule Hotel Booking and Charged ₺4,014 Without Notice
On 15.09.2025, I attempted to make a reservation for Adakule Hotel (Kuşadası, Aydın) through Trivago. However, without my knowledge, Trivago redirected me to another site called Stayforlong, where I was charged ₺4,014. During this redirection, I did not see any information or confirmation screen. At the moment, I cannot reach a representative either through Trivago or Stayforlong, and I have no assurance regarding my reservation. I plan to travel on September 15 and want to enjoy my holiday without issues. I request clear confirmation that my reservation is valid and that my grievance be resolved. My booking receipt number is 5s9xf7. I expect an urgent response and solution from the relevant companies.
