Stayforlong Did Not Send My ₺11,456 Pullman Istanbul Reservation Made via Trivago

On 12.07.2025, through the Trivago website, I was directed to Stayforlong to book a 3-night stay at Pullman Hotels and Resorts Istanbul for 25–28.09.2025. I completed the reservation with my credit card, paying ₺11,456, and my invoice number is sfl25-245794. However, when I called the hotel, I was told that my reservation details had not reached them. The hotel staff also mentioned that they have frequently faced similar issues with Stayforlong reservations not being received. I could not find any contact number or responsible person on Stayforlong’s website. Moreover, although I emailed them, I did not receive any reply. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved, my payment refunded, and measures taken to prevent such problems from recurring. I also file a complaint against Trivago for directing customers to problematic websites like Stayforlong, which causes such issues.
