How to Recover TikTok Account Without Old Phone Number or Email

I am writing regarding my old TikTok account with the username “tf.itsziyanda,” which I can no longer access. The phone number and email address linked to this account are no longer available to me, so I am completely locked out. When I try to log in and recover the account, the app only offers verification through the old email or phone number. As shown in the screenshot, it says “You cannot use this method,” and I have no alternative way to verify that I am the owner of the account. I lost access to the number around August–September and since then I have not been able to sign in. I would like TikTok support to help me recover this account by offering another verification method, for example by confirming my identity with additional information or documents, or by changing the linked phone number and email to my current ones.
