On August 30, 2025, I booked a room for two at Hilton Adana through Trivago, which redirected me to Stayforlong to complete the payment. I immediately received a reservation email, but it stated that the booking was still “pending.”
The next morning, as we were traveling, the status remained pending and no confirmation email arrived. We tried contacting Stayforlong, but they provide no phone number—only an email address. Despite sending multiple emails, we received no reply.
When we arrived at the hotel, the Hilton Adana front desk could not find any reservation under our names, even after we showed them proof of payment. With no choice left, we booked another hotel on the spot and paid out of pocket. Later that evening at 7:44 PM, Stayforlong finally sent the confirmation email, but by then we had already checked into the other hotel and settled in.
Because of Stayforlong’s delays and lack of support, we ended up paying for two separate hotels and were unable to stay at our preferred Hilton reservation. This experience was both stressful and costly.
I demand a full refund for the unused Hilton Adana booking, which was only confirmed after it was already too late. My booking details are:
