I booked the hotel with breakfast included, but in the voucher sent after the purchase, it was stated as without breakfast. In this situation, which occurred through the collaboration of Trivago and Stayforlong, I tried to contact customer service but no one responded. I sent emails, but there was no reply at all, and I have not been able to get any assistance.
