I stayed at Nazar Beach Bungalows (the third bungalow from the left) on August 30 and 31 with my family, and the experience was extremely disappointing from the start. When we entered the room, the beds were in terrible condition—the springs were sticking out and made sleeping very uncomfortable. For my 1-year-old daughter, we requested a baby bed. Instead, they brought a crib with no mattress, only a blanket thrown inside.
That evening, we experienced a 3-hour power outage, leaving us in complete darkness. Despite asking multiple times for bottled water, none was ever delivered to our room. Each time we were told, “someone went to get water,” and later, “there is no water left.” When I complained again, they simply said the buffet was 100 meters away, even though we had booked a half-board stay, where water should have been included.
The attitude of the property owner was shockingly rude, and no effort was made to resolve our complaints. When I asked for a refund, I was told the only option was to book a future stay, with no financial reimbursement offered. After paying ₺9,000 for this stay, my family and I were so dissatisfied that we left early on the second night.
This was my first time encountering such a poor experience at a hotel. I am also shocked that a major platform like Trivago promotes this property. I am demanding a full refund for my stay and expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved quickly.
