Parimatch UPI Deposit Missing Despite Successful Transaction

I made a deposit of 5,000 INR to Parimatch from India via UPI (PhonePe) on 3 November 2026. The payment was successfully completed, and on my PhonePe screen it appears as a successful transaction of 5,000 ₹ to ASHWANI SONI with Transaction ID T2611031919119988311397 and UTR number 887972230110, but this amount has still not been added to my Parimatch account. Although the payment was taken from my bank and is clearly shown as successful in my UPI application, my Parimatch balance has not changed and I have not received any explanation or refund regarding this deposit. I request that my 5,000 INR, which was paid via UPI but not credited to my Parimatch account, be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
