Google Workspace Charged Me Without an Active Subscription

Although I have never used Google Workspace and do not have an active subscription, my registered payment card was charged $35 on October 27, 2026, for a transaction labeled "Google Workspace_setil Dublin" on the account associated with my email address, i***@setilist.com. This charge was made without my knowledge, permission, or consent.

I have never signed up for a Google Workspace subscription, nor am I currently using any paid Workspace services. Nevertheless, money was charged to my card without my authorization, making this an unauthorized and unlawful transaction.

I have been unable to reach anyone at Google or find an appropriate point of contact, and I cannot access live customer support. I contacted my bank and filed a charge dispute, but I was informed that the investigation could take up to 90 days. This delay is unacceptable, both in terms of the time involved and the financial inconvenience it causes me.

Another concern is that I cannot remove my payment card details from the system myself, which creates an additional security risk for users.

I demand an immediate refund of the $35 charged to my account. I also request the permanent removal of all payment card details registered under my name and associated with the i***@setilist.com account, as well as the immediate cancellation of any paid subscriptions listed in Google's system under my account.

I expect Google to provide an official explanation for these unauthorized charges and take prompt action to resolve this matter and compensate me for the inconvenience caused.
