Trivago Stayforlong Booking Not Confirmed, Unable to Contact Support

I made a hotel reservation through Trivago, which redirected me to Stayforlong. While the reservation appears confirmed on Stayforlong’s platform, the hotel has no record of my booking. I attempted to contact both Trivago and Stayforlong to resolve the issue, but I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance.

This is highly frustrating and unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the booking immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will file complaints against both Trivago and Stayforlong. Additionally, I plan to raise awareness about this issue on all social media platforms to ensure others do not face the same inconvenience and financial loss. Please address this urgently.
