Trivago Stayforlong Ramada Florya Booking Not Found — Refund Request
On September 27, 2025, I made a reservation through Trivago for Istanbul Ramada Florya Hotel. My reservation number is P424G1, and I completed the payment via the stayforlong website by credit card for a total of ₺9,915. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told my reservation did not appear in their system and that I needed to contact Trivago. However, since Trivago has no contact number or messaging channel, I was unable to reach them. The hotel staff stated that stayforlong has caused similar problems before and is an unreliable site. Because of this, I was left stranded overnight and could not use the accommodation service. As the transaction was made through Trivago, I request that my grievance be remedied and that the ₺9,915 I paid be refunded. I expect an urgent solution and support regarding this matter.
