I Booked the Wrong Dates at Agva Capella via Trivago and Agoda Won’t Refund Me

I accidentally made a reservation with the wrong dates at Ağva Capella Hotel through Agoda, using the Trivago app. The booking ID is 1587387632. As soon as I realized the mistake—literally within minutes—I attempted to cancel the reservation. However, I was told that no refund would be issued.
This is extremely frustrating because I caught the error immediately and tried to resolve it right away. There was no usage of the room or delay that could justify withholding my money. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable—just the return of my money for a reservation I won't be using.
It's unacceptable that there is no flexibility or support for customers who act quickly in good faith to fix honest mistakes. I expect Agoda and Trivago to step up and do the right thing. I demand a full refund for this incorrect booking and a clear explanation of how such rigid and unfair policies can be justified.
