I purchased a new-season Skechers winter boot just two months ago, and after only a few wears, all the stitching started coming apart. I barely even used them! I sent them in for a warranty claim through Yurtiçi Kargo, but just two days later, they were returned with the response: "No manufacturing defect found."
How can completely unraveled stitching not be considered a production defect? This is clearly poor-quality craftsmanship, yet customer service provides no real answers. I paid a premium price expecting durability, but instead, I got poor service and defective shoes. Skechers, fix this! I demand a replacement or a refund.
