First, make sure that your cancellation went through. When auto-renew is turned off, Scribd will confirm on-screen and send you an email with a receipt.

If you signed up through Apple or Google Play, you need to stop and get your money back through the app store's account, not Scribd's.

According to Scribd's policy, they don't give partial refunds; refunds are only given in certain situations and for time that wasn't used.

If you cancelled and were still charged, open a ticket with the dates, papers, and the confirmation email as proof.

Use Scribd's Help Center form or chat assistant to make your request. Ask for a refund review and include proof that you want to stop. Save the case number in case you need to find out more.

If Scribd declines and the charge is unauthorized or duplicate, you can make a complaint on Xolvie.
