I Found Holes and Sweat Stains on My H&M Loose Fit T-Shirt Before Even Wearing It

I recently purchased a ₺660 loose fit light brown t-shirt from an H&M store, and to my shock, when I got home, I noticed holes near the hem and what appeared to be sweat stains on the fabric. I took it to another H&M store to exchange it and got the same shirt in a different size. However, I was told that if I wanted the option to exchange it again in the future, I’d need to pay ₺60 more, which I declined.
The next day, I tried on the replacement t-shirt at home, and unbelievably, I discovered another small hole in the same lower hem area, even though I had never worn it out. How can a brand like H&M justify selling defective products at this price point? This is not just disappointing—it’s unacceptable. If the shirt is falling apart just from trying it on, what will happen after one wash?
I still have the receipt and tags intact and want to know if I can exchange it again. After reading other complaints online about similar issues, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated case. I’ve always trusted H&M, but this experience is making me rethink that loyalty. H&M, please step up your quality control and help resolve this issue.
