I Face Overcharge on H&M Lingerie Item—Label Said ₺399.99, Charged ₺599.99 at Checkout

On July 23, 2025, I made a purchase at the H&M store in Capitol AVM, which included a lingerie item labeled as ₺399.99. However, at checkout, it was scanned and charged at ₺599.99. Since I bought several other items, I didn’t catch the price discrepancy at the time. When I got home and reviewed the receipt, I realized the overcharge.
I live far from the mall, so going back to correct this mistake wasn’t feasible. This leaves me feeling frustrated and misled. How are customers supposed to trust the price tags if the register charges more than what’s printed?
I expect H&M to take accountability for this pricing inconsistency. Either the system should reflect the label price at checkout, or customers should be immediately informed of any discrepancy before payment. I’m asking for a refund of the overcharged amount and assurance that this issue will be addressed so other customers don’t experience the same unfairness.
