Amazon Return Not Showing in My Orders and Refund Still Missing

I am writing regarding my Amazon order 114-0770006-2486654, which contained 4 items called “Joe's T-Shirt.” I returned these items via UPS Store Drop Off on Friday, October 23, 2026, using UPS Ground with tracking number 1ZY228K59046047055. Despite this, my Amazon “My Orders/My Returns” section does not show the return as in progress, and I still have not received my refund. The total amount I am expecting to be refunded is $65.98. On November 3, 2026, I contacted Amazon Customer Service via chat to resolve this issue, but the situation has not been corrected and there is still no update on my return or refund status. I request that my return be properly processed based on the UPS tracking information and that my full refund of $65.98 be issued as soon as possible.
