I Bought H&M 3-Pack T-Shirts and They Developed Holes After Just Two Wears

I purchased a 3-pack of t-shirts from H&M, expecting basic quality and durability. Sadly, the experience has been nothing but a disappointment. After wearing each shirt just once, I washed them on a synthetic cycle—following all care instructions properly.
By the second wear, I noticed tiny holes forming in the stomach area of the second and third shirts in the pack. This shouldn’t happen to brand-new garments, especially after such limited and careful use. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on what should be everyday essentials, only to have them fall apart almost immediately.
I’m extremely disappointed and asking H&M to step in. This is clearly a quality control issue, not user error. I expect either a refund or replacement, and I urge the brand to investigate why so many of their t-shirts are developing these same holes—there are countless similar complaints online.
Please resolve this quickly. Consumers deserve clothing that lasts more than two wears, especially from a brand with H&M’s reputation.
H&M customer service got back to me on the third day and provided information for me to send the products with the return code they gave. The products arrived at the address I sent within 2 days. My refund was issued the next day. Thank you for the quick action and help. My request to the company is to remove products that deform this quickly from sale.
Dear authorized person, I don't know how much my words will matter, but I recommend that you remove low-quality products from sale. Thank you for the support you provide.
