On April 16, 2025, I placed an order on Trendyol from H&M’s official store for a pair of baby leggings. Despite ordering a specific size, they sent me a completely different size. What’s even more frustrating is that the correct size is still in stock, yet they refuse to process an exchange.
Their only solution is for me to return the item, which requires going to a shipping branch in person. So now, because of H&M’s mistake, I’m expected to take time out of my day, go to a shipping location, and then pay for shipping again to reorder the item in the correct size!
This is completely unfair. The mistake was on H&M’s end, yet I’m being forced to deal with the inconvenience and extra costs. Why should customers bear the burden for errors made by the seller? H&M needs to take responsibility, offer a free exchange, and stop making the return process harder than it needs to be.
