H&M Missing Items And Wrong Size Delivered In Multiple Orders

In April 2026, I ordered a 5-pack of jersey leggings from the H&M online store. However, when the package arrived, it only contained 3 pairs instead of 5. I contacted customer service, and they told me they could only offer a 20% discount. If I wanted to repurchase the missing 2 items, the discount would not even cover their cost, and I would also have to pay shipping again.
After this experience, I returned the items and placed a new order for a single product instead. This time, even though I selected size 6–7 years, I received size 9–10 years. For such a simple purchase, receiving both missing items and the wrong size caused a significant waste of time, and I had to deal with repeated return processes.
Because of this experience, I no longer have any expectations from H&M and do not wish to make any further requests.
