H&M Rejected Return for Unworn Clothing and Sent It Back Without Explanation

I’m very disappointed with H&M’s return process. I recently tried to return a clothing item that I purchased from their store—but never wore—and my return was rejected with no clear explanation. To make matters worse, the item was simply shipped back to me without any notification or reason provided. Now I’m stuck with a product I don’t want and never used, and H&M refuses to take responsibility.

I have no idea what to do with a brand-new item I don’t intend to wear. I’ve followed all return procedures properly and still encountered this issue. I even tried tracking the return on their website, but the system doesn't work properly and there's no one I can reach for help. It’s nearly impossible to speak with a real representative or get answers from customer service.

I’m left feeling ignored and incredibly dissatisfied with how H&M handles post-purchase support. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll be forced to escalate the matter to the Consumer Rights Authority. I expect a full resolution immediately—including accepting the return of the unworn item and issuing a refund.
