My H&M Oversize T-Shirt Shrunk Severely After Just One Wash

I bought an oversized t-shirt from the H&M One Tower Mall branch for ₺699, expecting both comfort and quality. Unfortunately, I was met with total disappointment. After just one wash, the shirt shrunk so drastically that it no longer fits properly—it rides up so much that it barely covers my stomach. This is not what you expect from a product sold at this price point.

The shirt was clearly labeled as oversize and loose-fit, which was exactly why I bought it. I followed all washing instructions carefully, so this extreme shrinkage can’t be blamed on user error. I only managed to wear it once, and now it’s completely unwearable.

For a global brand like H&M, I expected much better quality control. Shrinking after a single wash is not acceptable, especially for something labeled “oversized.” I’m extremely disappointed and request a prompt response from the company to either replace the item or issue a refund.

I sincerely hope H&M addresses this issue and reconsiders the materials or production methods used for their higher-priced garments. Customers deserve better when they pay a premium.
