I recently tried to return a product to H&M, and to my shock, they rejected the return by falsely claiming the item had been worn. I want to state this clearly: I never wore the item. It didn’t even fit me—it was too large from the beginning.

When I brought it to the store to show them, even the staff seemed surprised by the decision, but said they couldn’t help since returns are processed elsewhere. They checked the garment—it was clean, intact, clearly unused, and still in brand-new condition. Yet someone behind the scenes decided arbitrarily that it had been worn. How can that conclusion even be drawn when the item is visibly pristine?

I feel insulted and scammed. If this is how H&M handles genuine customer concerns, by accusing shoppers of dishonesty without evidence, it’s a disgrace. Is this a joke? Do you even inspect your returns properly?

I demand my return be accepted and refunded immediately. I expect a brand of H&M’s size to respect its customers and not treat them as if they’re trying to cheat the system. This is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
