H&M Jacket Fabric Damaged After One Wear — Possible Defect


On February 13, I purchased a jacket from the H&M store at Konya Kulesite Mall. Even though I wore it only once, the fabric became noticeably thin and showed clear signs of deformation. Experiencing this kind of damage after such a short period of time has seriously disappointed me in terms of product quality.
I attempted to contact the store and customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone, and therefore I have not been able to have the product inspected. Although I wore the jacket under normal and careful use, I still experienced this issue, which leads me to believe there is a manufacturing or fabric defect.
I request that the jacket be examined and evaluated as a defective product, and depending on the findings, that I be offered either an exchange or a full refund. I kindly ask that the store or customer service contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter.

I submitted an application because I noticed a quality issue with my product. I tried to contact the store and customer service, but no action was taken. I requested an exchange or a refund, but there has been no progress in the process.
