H&M Online Order 72916599301 Marked as Returned Without My Request

I placed an online order from H&M with the order number 72916599301 on 29.11.2025. However, on 08.12.2025, I received a message stating that my order had been returned, even though I did not return any products and did not request a return. I contacted H&M via email about this situation, but have not received any response yet. I do not know why my order was marked as returned, and I have not received the products. I request that my order be investigated urgently and that the products in order 72916599301 be sent to me as soon as possible, or that I be clearly informed and a correct solution be provided.

On 29.11.2025, I placed an order with number 72916599301 from the H&M online store. My order included 6 items: 2 sweaters, 2 baby jackets, a skirt, and a duvet cover set. My order was canceled by H&M, and I request that these canceled items be resent to me at the original prices from the date I placed the order.
Despite the cancellation of my order, the amount I paid has not yet been refunded to me. When I contacted customer service about this issue, no solution was offered and no assistance was provided. This situation has caused me inconvenience both because my order was arbitrarily canceled and because my money has not been refunded.
I request that my canceled items be resent at the prices from the date I placed the order and that the refund process be completed clearly and quickly. Otherwise, my grievance will continue and I want to state that I am extremely dissatisfied with this practice.
