H&M Sent Wrong Size Pants Despite Correct Label—Refused to Offer an Exchange
I ordered two identical pants—same model and size (32)—from H&M. However, when they arrived, one of the pants was significantly smaller than labeled. Even though the tag said size 32, the actual fit was at least 3–4 sizes smaller, making it impossible to wear.
I contacted the store to report this clear manufacturing defect, and to my disappointment, I was told that only a refund was possible. I specifically asked for a replacement of the same item, but my request was flat-out denied. This left me unfairly treated, as I paid for a product I cannot use and now have to deal with the hassle of trying to replace it myself.
I still haven’t returned the item because if I do, I’ll have to pay an extra ₺359 to reorder the same product due to a price change—through no fault of my own. This situation has not only caused a financial burden but also wasted my time and energy.
