Infinix Hot 60i Not Receiving XOS 16 Update in Pakistan

I purchased Infinix Hot 60i X6728 (6GB/128GB) last month in Pakistan. My phone has Helio G81 chipset but is still stuck on XOS 15.1 / Android 15 and says Your system is up to date. My friend's Infinix Smart 20 with the same Helio G81 chip is already receiving XOS 16 update with new features. This is unfair and confusing. I request Infinix to push XOS 16 to Hot 60i X6728 in Pakistan or give an official reason why this model is excluded despite same hardware. Location: Karor Lal Isa / Multan, Pakistan.
