H&M Delivered Used Dress With Hair, Strong Smell

The dress from my H&M online order, #73393774481, was delivered to me yesterday. When I opened the package, I saw that the dress was in extremely poor condition. The item was visibly fuzzy, covered with lots of hairs, and it smelled strongly of an unpleasant perfume. Seeing the product in this state really shocked me, and the hairs on it made me feel sick.
Price and Trust Issue
I paid about $37 for this dress, which is not cheap, and the fact that you sent it in such an obviously used and unchecked condition has seriously shaken my trust in the H&M brand. I don’t understand how this product could be packed and shipped to a customer without any quality control.
Request for Resolution
Because of the hygiene issue I experienced and the loss of trust, I’m asking for an appropriate gift card/coupon to be issued to me. I also want you to review your product inspection processes for online orders and communicate any improvements you make to ensure other customers don’t have the same experience.
