I’m very disappointed with a recent bulk purchase I made from Farmasi. I ordered their Oxi Clean Wipes powder detergent, which is clearly labeled as 500g, but when I opened the box, I found only 200g of product inside. I’m not just a customer—I’m also a Farmasi sales representative, and I immediately reported the issue through the official complaint process. Shockingly, the response I received was that this was considered “normal.”
I paid ₺240 for this tiny box, and it's unacceptable that there’s such a significant weight discrepancy. The packaging clearly misleads customers. A 300g difference is not something you can simply ignore. I used this on my whites, and honestly, even basic supermarket detergent performs better.
On top of this, several of the other products in the package were also incomplete or underfilled. This entire experience has ruined my trust in the brand. I will never buy from Farmasi again and will actively discourage everyone around me from doing so.
I demand a full explanation and immediate compensation for the missing product. Stop misleading customers and selling short-weighted goods.
