I Face Recurring Filter and Suction Blockage Errors on My Dyson V12 Vacuum

I purchased my Dyson V12 vacuum on March 30, 2024, and have been using it at my home in Istanbul. In less than a year, the vacuum began showing frequent “filter dirty” and “airways blocked” errors during every cleaning session. Recently, the problem has become even more persistent. Even after thoroughly washing and drying the filter, the device works for only about 15 minutes before displaying the same warnings again.

I have contacted Dyson’s call center multiple times. Each time, I was only advised to wash and reinsert the filter, or occasionally to remove and reattach the battery. I followed these instructions exactly, yet the issue persists. The service response has been superficial and has not addressed the root cause of the problem.

My vacuum is still under its 2-year warranty, and I have not paid for any additional repairs or part replacements. My invoice number is B012024000282002. I request that Dyson carry out a detailed technical inspection to identify and permanently fix the fault. If the issue cannot be resolved, I expect a full replacement of my vacuum under warranty. This needs to be handled promptly to restore the product’s intended performance.
