My Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Sunroof Makes Ongoing Noise That Service Can’t Fix


I am the owner of a Chery Tiggo 7 Excellent and have been using it for 7 months. During this period, I've taken the car to the service center twice due to noise/ticking sounds coming from the sunroof. They said they adjusted it, and the noise stopped, but it returned each time. Currently, the noise is still present and has become quite bothersome. This recurring issue means I have to take the car to the service center every 2,000 km.
Recently, I also encountered a problem with CarPlay connectivity. When I contacted the service center, they gave me an appointment for a month later. Not only is CarPlay not working, but the screen also shuts down and won't turn back on, preventing me from using the camera and the climate control.
Additionally, there's a noise coming from under the hood, which I have recorded in a video. It sounds like an electronic system turning on and off. This noise is constant and can be heard at the 7-8 second, 22-24 second, and 54-55 second marks in the video. The video was made just to show the brand.
While these issues can be resolved, giving service appointments 1 to 1.5 months later is quite unusual. The service center does not prioritize these issues. I am seeking support for the following three issues:
1. CarPlay and Multimedia System
2. Electronic noise
3. Ticking sound from the sunroof (fixed twice but seems to be a chronic issue)
