I bought Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 2024 model brand new from the dealership, expecting a smooth and enjoyable driving experience. However, no one informed me about the chronic sunroof issue with this vehicle. The car constantly makes noise as if I were driving a truck, and when I reached out for support, I was told that this was a known, widespread issue affecting all vehicles of this model. To make matters worse, the only solution offered was to apply some lubrication and spray, which did nothing to solve the problem. I feel misled and let down by the dealership and the manufacturer. If I had known about this defect beforehand, I would have never purchased this vehicle. I strongly advise others not to fall into the same trap and to thoroughly research this issue before making a purchase.

The same noise continues 3 days after they said it was fixed in the service. The only solution is to stay away from Chery cars, don't be fooled. Don't buy. Don't throw your money away. On top of that, they stained the seats while lubricating the sunroof. I brought this upon myself. They told me not to buy it, but here we are.
