Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Sunroof Makes Noise Like a Truck - No Real Solution Offered!

I bought Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 2024 model brand new from the dealership, expecting a smooth and enjoyable driving experience. However, no one informed me about the chronic sunroof issue with this vehicle. The car constantly makes noise as if I were driving a truck, and when I reached out for support, I was told that this was a known, widespread issue affecting all vehicles of this model. To make matters worse, the only solution offered was to apply some lubrication and spray, which did nothing to solve the problem. I feel misled and let down by the dealership and the manufacturer. If I had known about this defect beforehand, I would have never purchased this vehicle. I strongly advise others not to fall into the same trap and to thoroughly research this issue before making a purchase.
