Chery Ignoring Driver Seat Creaking And Heating Fault After Four Service Visits
When I took my car, which I bought from Chery Turkey, to the authorized service center for its 5,000 km service, I complained about a creaking noise coming from my driver's seat. The service team was very helpful, tightening the screws and lubricating the driver's seat, and returning my car. Upon receiving my car, I heard the same noise again. I called the service center and explained the situation, but they called me back to check. My car is experiencing an extremely annoying noise coming from the driver's seat upholstery. On October 8, 2025, I took my car back to the service center to complain about the creaking noise. However, I also noticed that the heated seats were not working and reported the seat heating issue. I told them the work had been completed, but the problem remained unresolved. I contacted Chery Turkey by phone and email, and shared the necessary video documents. Chery Turkey then took my car back to the so-called "Tan Oto" authorized service center and stated that they would order the faulty parts. I dropped off my car at the aforementioned service center on November 19, 2025, and went to pick it up on November 20, 2025, after being told the car was ready for pickup. However, the existing problems (seat heating not working, squeaking noises coming from the seat, and noises coming from the front suspension) were still present. Having to take my car to the same service center four times for the same problem, each time taking more than a day for repairs, and constantly repeating the same procedures, has become frustrating.
